I Scream for Ice Cream Part II

This is another hearty shout out to Sandy and Fred over at the Inn at Sacred Clay Farm - in particular, in reference to Sandy's amazing cookbook! This is a small variation on Sandy's Eggnog Ice Cream. - Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Eggnog Ice Cream. ENJOY.

2 cups organic eggnog
1/2 cup of hazelnut half and half
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
2 bananas
Chocolate Chips at your discretion

Pulse all of the ingredients in a blender (minus chocolate chips) for about 15 seconds. Pour into ice cream machine and let it go for 20 minutes. Add chips for the last 5 minutes. Freeze for a couple hours and serve!
