Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This recipe is foolproof and delicious - I adapted it from The Perfect Scoop - awesome book I got for Christmas! I'm in Ice cream mode people!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

1.5 cups Half and Half
1/4 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 tablespoons Frangelico
Pinch of Salt

Whisk together half and half, cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a saucepan until it comes to a roaring boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter until thoroughly blended. Chill in the refrigerator and then follow instructions on your ice cream maker - 20-25 minutes. Add the Frangelico mid-way in the process of making the ice cream.
